    香蒜蛤蜊意大利面

    在外才知道吃好睡好最重要, 所以最近疯迷美食节目。 前两天看到电视上做香蒜蛤蜊意大利面,就用笔记下了步骤,晚上做了一下, 发现有影像果然比看美食书做出来的好吃。  步骤具体是这样:

    1.       待水滚后放两勺盐再放面 (可放橄榄油) 6-8分钟 中间时候晃一下面

    2.       放奶油,橄榄油,洋葱(小粒) 把洋葱甜度炒出来变软, 中小火

    3.       放大蒜(半大勺) 跟洋葱的比例大概41

    4.       面汤3-5炒铲 放进炒锅

    5.       试面看看硬度

    6.       面放进炒锅来,然后parsly巴西里放进来

    7.       放蛤蜊

    8.       放白酒(2汤匙)

    9.       放锅盖稍微闷一下等收汁后把鲜奶油倒进(不要多,一点就好,多的话就会盖住蛤蜊的味道),同时奶油也会帮助收汁

    10.   如果蛤蜊开的不均匀的话可以先把开的蛤蜊挑起来,等其他的开了再放回去
